on the right is a soup turine, made by james young from designs by robert adams. they were actually made for a duke, who by the way whose son james smith left to create the smithsonian institution. these are two of my favorite pieces. on the left is a water yore, and on the right a wine yore. and they're based on a popular form. in 1963 and 1964, another notable gift came to the white house. this was presented by mrs. weinman. and it was of a group of english regency table silver. most of which was maid by the london silver smith paul store. and on the left, you can see examples of candleobra that was part of this collection. with that, the way it was des d designed, each piece can be disassembled. the silver belonged to alexander, the 10th duke of hamilton, part of an officialed a -- ambassador service. it was received in 1806. we think the candle may have been a little supplement. the piece as it came to white house included 104 dinner plates, five covered meat platters, a wine cistern, and two pair of candleobera. the plate on the right, if you look at the uppe
