i'm meteorologist frances dinglasan and here's doppler 7 and the satellite image. it is very different out there this morning. skies are clear over many parts of the bay area and there are clouds off the coast and even through the central part of the state and also red flag warning in effect until 11:00 for those areas where we have big fire concerns in redding due to the karr fire and the mendocino complex fire. all of this under a red flag warning and ridge gusts can be anywhere from 25 to 35 miles per hour. in the sierra range through this section, ridge gusts can reach up to 65 miles per hour and very low humidity this afternoon and 5 temperatuseekugh those areas live shot from san francisco and the tower looking down over san francisco clear skies right now and most temperatures in the 50s. san francisco, 56. oakland, 54 and half moon climbing into the low 50s this hour. check out the golden gate bridge. you can see it this morning. no marine layer and more temperatures for you in the 50s and 60s. low 50s through napa, novato and through vacaville, concord and
