become japan's biggest ever stock debut. that ipo, bloomberg andning nomura holdings daimler securities will be among , abouteading the sales $5.5 billion worth of shares. this is all coming from people familiar with all this. tim, what are you making of this? tim: you point out that it's on track to be the largest in japan. based onnalysis bloomberg data is that it will be the second-largest ipo in history based on office size, behind only alibaba. so it is absolutely a big deal, a lot of money on the table there. a lot of money flying back into softbank, the parent company that will still managed to hold up to 63% of the company after the ipo. handy $23 billion or so from the ipo on so they do well all around. yvonne: it's a risky time to be doing this, markets are pretty volatile. you talk about this price were we been seen in japan when it comes to the telcos here. how does softbank fair in that? doesn't sound like it would be the best time to ipo otelco in japan, given those things. maybe it's better now than it year la
