[ applause ] >> i'm happy to tell you that the trump administration has delivered on their promise. already $300 million has been pledged into the recovery and persecution response program provided directly to organizations that are making an immediate difference to the people who are mostly in need. [ applause ] >> we have been working with, along with our partners, and supporters in the u.s. legislation and other policymakers and the administration to focus on decisions which have an immediate relief result for suffering people as well as policies
