i think we mirror a lot of southern california. we are becoming a cancer community now, suburbanization is getting way more to urban land uses as the population continues to grow so when we look out downtown, we're seeing a lot more loft and apartment developments coming in. multi story things which you would not have seen here very regularly back in the day, so we're seeing a lot of that. there's a younger population coming into. apparently we are one of the big attractions for the millennial crowd out here . so we're getting a lot more land-use and businesses that cater to that demographic to, but we're seeing more urban land uses come into even a suburban setting. >> i hope you walk away with a sense of what it was like and what the people were like who came out here when this was pretty much a barren plane as was described then and were able to set up a town, set up other towns, build a railroad to bring people out here and what they had to do to do that. we think people back then were tougher and in a lot of ways, they were. t
