the napa girl encountered marble at a napa gas station after an argument at home. she smoked marijuana with marble and agreed to get in his truck. marble injected the girl with methamphetamine and raped her. marble also carved the words "timothy" and "die" in the girl's arm. the girl escaped the truck on highway 1 in bodega bay. marble is sentenced to life in prison without parole. (vicki) a 24-year-old woman has died after a wrong-way crash early wednesday morning in santa clara. a white honda accord carrying the woman was driving east in the westbound lanes of stevens creek boulevard when it struck a toyota prius. the white honda driver, 34-year-old edgardo sanchez, was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. the passenger in his car, dakota posa of santa clara, suffered life-threatening injuries and died at the hospital. sanchez was arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter, auto theft, and driving on a suspended license. anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to contact police.
