pete: got it. linda, i wanted to get your thoughts on this notion of complying with what --, but the discretion going forward. what is your expectation for the regulatory output of the cfpb going forward? it has been relatively slow so far, but we are at the point that it has already been appearing to transition. at what point are you going to feel like you have a sense of what the kramer cfpb was actually going to look like? i mean, i think when the start was concerned -- i want to keep an open mind of how she will operate, but the biggest concern that has happened in the last three months is the revealed proposal -- repeals proposal and talking about input from all stakeholders -- that was five and a half years of collection of industry, consumer advocates, [inaudible] groups, the entire spectrum of people have a chance to contribute, and lots of research at the bureau, lots of resources were invested in that, and i think that is the biggest cause of alarm and that is what the most -- the first m

pete williams joins me now with that news. pete? >> the fbi says this man who is a 28-year-old from maryland, rondel henry of germantown, maryland, was a computer expert at a satellite services company here in the washington area and that he walked off his job on march 26th deciding that he wanted to carry out some kind of attack inspired by isis videos and what the fbi says was by his own words hatred for anyone who did not believe in the muslim faith. they said he followed around a u-haul truck and watched where it was parked and when the driver left, he stole the truck and then according to the fbi, drove around the washington area looking for some place to attack that would have a large number of pedestrians. according to court documents, he first drove to dulles airport in virginia outside washington and decided that the circumstances just weren't right for carrying out the kind of attack he wanted to do and then drove on to the national harbor in maryland outside washington and because it was early in the morning, he decided t

pete, you talk about delta a lot. i know you love that one >> i do. >> and they're going in heavy on american >> now i'm jumping into this one too. i'm just following along with buffett. i own southwest and united american, now i own these calls. yesterday, delta, the news they put out there really spiked everybody, especially delta had a monster day yesterday. these guys are continuing today. look at this 2.6% moved to the upside so we are starting to see some movement out of this and what i like is the buying that we are seeing, they're coming into these may calls and buying on the upside, looking at the 38 strike calls, 10,000 of those calls were bought earlier today. now you can see those numbers. i was started at 10,000, moved to 20,000 and now it's moving above that they're very inexpensive because they're $4 or $5 out of the money depending on where the stock was at the time but i think this is something where risk/reward i love it. i'm not positive aal is going to have to prove to me they're ready to break out
