scott mcfarland joins us withe thew reaction to the iteams report. n> good evening. our investigatio found at least 44 crashes on that highway, state road 0. we also found only five people served jail time. each of the jail sentences was seduced to handful of days. the county' top prosecutors says that's unacceptable. blamed the circuit court system, assigned one judge to handle dui cases. it's known as a rocket docket for handling cases quickly but not tough sentences. the police chief, hank,ays the efforts to increase enforcement have not reduced the number of crashes. now, he's asking the state to expand the highway or add more overpasses to reduce accidents s stop lights. he wasprised at what the i-team report found. >> percentages in and of themselves surprise me. i'm concerned but i'm also confident that the leadership of the judiciary, in seeing that, will take a hard look at it, and come up with a resolution that will get this community and their constituents where they need to be. >> in a statement to the i-team, the maryland cou system acknowledged the stat
