>>in concord haaziq kron 4 news. >>tonight, a group of bystanders being credited with rescuing a man from los gatos creek on christmas day. the santa clara county fire department says when their people arrived on scene yesterday. the man was on the steep concrete spillway but that was only after the bystanders were able to remove him from the creek. this is near the camden avenue in san tomas expressway overpass the man taken to a local hospital and is now in stable condition. it's not clear why he went into the creek in the first place. >>right now robbery burglary rates rose down in the tenderloin neighborhood of san francisco that is according to the san francisco police department which says robbery was down by 13% this year while burglaries dropped by 16% that's versus 2018. as for the other crimes, the san francisco police say that in the 10 days leading up to christmas. they made 76 arrest, including 15 on christmas eve. >>if you're planning to drive south anytime soon to la or that area listen up this morning
