ktvu's christina doane is in concord right now. it all started when someone got on the elevated tracks near the concorde bart station. good morning christina. >> reporter: morning to. it was a very long standoff that lasted at least nine hours and ended around 2:30 am this morning. here is a live look at the concorde station. all trains are running smoothly from what we can see. that person was finally removed from the track safely and we understand they were taken to a county hospital for a mental health evaluation. this all made for a mess of a commute around 6:30 pm yesterday evening. there were thousands of riders on the yellow line here, sfo to antioch line. we understand that the person was discovered on the tracks so bart had to shut down service between the pleasant hill entre process station in the concorde station. additional power so that first responders good get onto the tracks to negotiate with the person. they also had a bus bridge sitter between the two stations. with thousands of writers, the lines were long and a
