paul: the outperformance of u.s. equity markets versus the rest of the world is looking long and the tooth from a duration perspective. it has been outperforming for the last decade. from a cyclical perspective, we expect the global economy to slowly build on this economic momentum that has been building. the u.s. equity market does tend to behave as more of a defensive equity market rose to other equity markets. on the back of improvement in the global economy, normally you would see the u.s. equity market underperform. we are still recommending overweight positions in the u.s. relative to global equities. amongk the dominant view investors right now is that the u.s. is rich with great companies that generate a lot of cash flow, that have a positive secular outlook, and you just can't find those types of companies and other markets. it is not clear that that is set to change. think we are hesitant to lean against this very strong trend of outperformance too aggressively, too early. guy: if you are looking for a way
