sanders with 25.1%, and warren is 18.1%, and biden is 16.1%, and klobuchar with 12.6%, and so now it is corrected with 62% of the precincts reporting there. by the way, you can see bloomberg is zero percent and tulsi gabbard at zero percent as well. now, let me repeat, this is 62% of the precincts reporting and the state delegates and the all important state delegates to determine the winner of the iowa caucuses, and once again, pete buttigieg with 26.9% of the state delegates, and bernie sanders with 25.1%, and elizabeth warren with 18.3%. right now, over there in fourth place 15.6%, and klobuchar is 12.6%, and yang is 1.1%, and steyer is 0.3%. and so looking at pete buttigieg who is behind bernie sanders in the popular vote. and joe biden in fourth place. and amy klobuchar in fifth. and andrew yang, you can see him over there with 1,124. and that is the popular vote that is being released from the iowa democratic party. and remember the popular vote is interesting, but it is the state delegates who are going to determine the win over the iowa caucuses, and you can see with 62% of t

we had briefly from elizabeth warren to listen tojoe biden but let's go back to elizabeth warren's h0. what has she been saying to her supporters? elizabeth warren is speaking to her supporters. she is doing what would be best described as a halfway victory speech. saying they have had great success and looking towards the elections. it has been focusing on donald trump rather than other candidates but i suspect what most people will focus on is that she said it was too close to call. i cannot tell you whether or not she has spoken to some of those involved in these whole voting procedure to try and get over these anomalies but that line jumped out to me. too close to call stop it indicate this as a dad to be a pretty tight boat and elizabeth warren is waiting to see what the exact figures will see. the supporters, those who have helped in this effort have gathered and frankly she had to come out and say something. time is marching on and the crowd was becoming frustrated. she seems pretty positive, as you can see. it sounds noisy and lively and positive. are they thinking that if thi

very different night for senator warren, ali. she had what was considered a strong debate performance last night. she came out swinging from the get go, led the charge against the mayor. i know you spoke to her right after the debate. what is she saying? how is she assessing her performance last night? >> i think in the spin room last night as soon as the candidates got off the stage, we could tell the elizabeth warren campaign was feeling good. for her right now it's just keep campaigning, get on the airwaves, do interviews, get on the ground in nevada and keep talking to voters. the goal for them on the debate stage was to not be ignored, left out of the conversation and elizabeth warren certainly did that. she got the most speaking time of anybody on that speaking stage. yes, a lot of it was dedicated to hitting michael bloomberg, those are the moments we're talking about. she had a few crucial moments where she was able, for example, to talk about her wealth tax, health care plan. those bloomberg moments, those were the ones
