"the new york times" covers this change, there once was a time when president trump made clear the governors mainly responsible for the fight against the coronavirus pandemic but that was sunday, on monday, he declared that he was really in charge and would make the decision on when and how to reopen the country. it seemed like it's about more than just a reversal. it seems like it's starting to look like desperation. what do you see? >> well, you know, donald trump lusts after power, nicolle, but he doesn't know how to use effectively. most of the time he uses it to keep himself at center stage, he's thriving during these press conferences because it's an opportunity for him to engage in performance art. once again, to avoid the hard decisions that leadership and good governing and good governance requires. florida, when it went through that long period where governor desantis wouldn't close the beaches and this game of chicken between florida and trump, the governor and trump, about
