let's bring in rob mayeda. rob, i'm assuming this is certainly impacting our air quality. >>> yes, and within the last hour, the management district has extended the smoke advisory into tomorrow due to the conditions we're seeing outside right now. the view again from walnut creek and you'll notice that we have the haze, a lot of the smoke and a lot is coming from the mineral fire to the south, staying higher up in the atmosphere. as i take a look at the weather model the simulation of the smoke and higher up closer to 5,000 feet or so you could see a lot of smoke over the bay area. the smoke we're breathing near surface you could see how the sea breeze is pushing some of that back and away from the bay area. there's a little bit of good news, keeping some of the thicker smoke off to the east for tomorrow. the smoke advisory continues for areas around the east bay and i think with the change in the wind we might see a little more smoke from some fires burning off to the north. a look at our cooling temperatures
