thank you dave. that's firefighters start to gain control of the 3 large wildfires burning in the bay area. evacuees are returning to find what damage has been left behind fire fighters acknowledge the scope of the damage is historic. but containment of these fires is growing. now according to calfire the scu lightning complex fire in parts of the east and south bay, or 35% contain the czu august lightning complex fires in san mateo and santa cruz counties are now 24% contained and the yelling you lightning complex fires in the north bay are now 35% contained. well here's the latest on the ellen you lightning complex fires burning in 5 counties. it has burned nearly 370,000 acres and is 35% contained 5 people have died and 4 others hurt. the fires destroyed over 1000 structures and threatened more than 30,000 others. now let's head to the north bay, a family of 5 is left heartbroken after the l a new lightning complex fire destroyed what was what was once thought to be there forever home kron four's
