nevada is a great example of that. when you talk about the potential for fraud nevada is going to be the poster child for it in this way. when they are going to send out 2 million ballots in the mail to their voters, they're also putting out envelopes that are pre-paid with postage already on them. now, the post office doesn't date those will a postmark, because they're already pre-paid. that means anyone can wake up on wednesday morning, see that they don't like the results and then go drop their ballots in the mail. it won't receive a postal date stamp on it. and so it has three days, by nevada law, to actually get to the location of the courthouse. and then to be counted. that is the potential for massive fraud. not to mention the fact, if you mail it in, before the date of the election, and it is postmarked with a date, they still give you several days after that, seven days in fact, for it to count toward the candidate you want, too. so, the potential for the election to change days later in nevada is very real. a

for example, in nevada, signed into law something where they would completely move nevada to a vote by mail. they would keep a couple of in-person polling stations open, so this universal vote by mail, you are sending out a lot of ballots to people whether they have requested them or not, so you do not know if they still live there. the potential for fraud is very big. we saw earlier this year in pennsylvania, there were a lot of problems with the primary. vote by mail, over a 20% error rate. they say she won that race. i am not sure she did. they do not count them at the end. here is the problem. the six states that are fully vote by mail as it is right now, so you have washington state, oregon, colorado, a couple of other states. the secretary of state of washington says it takes between five and 10 years to really get this right. democrats are trying to rush this through in a number of states in five to 10 weeks, so the concern here, in my opinion, is not so much on the post office. the concern is on these governments who have been able -- in a case like nevada, let's take a real wo

he's vowing to sue nevada over it. can you please fact check this? >> stephanie, whether you end up having absentee ballots or mail-in ballots, it's a distinction without a difference. when it comes to what actually has gone on in nevada, the state's democratic governor signed legislation into law that mails ballots to all of the state's active voters. what the governor also ended up doing was providing early and in-person voting, just a minimum number, and also the state allowed them to do in this legislation, allow nonfamily members to engage in ballot collection. republicans deride it as a ballot harvesting. some of these are interesting political policies. but when the president says this is a coup, this was just legislation that the democratic legislature and a democratic governor signed into law. all trying to deal with how do you end up making sure that everyone can vote during a pandemic. this is a public policy challenge. democrats have decided they want to be able to have everyone, the opportunity to get mail-in ballots. republicans disagre
