joining us is ohio secretary of state frank larose. great to see you. what is your reaction to this lawsuit against you? >> well, it's unfortunate, but it's the reality of life here in battleground ohio. we end up with lawsuits in the weeks leading up to a presidential election. this is one that we'll pursue like we do all of them. to be clear, though, ohioans know the best way to return your absentee ballot is to mail it in. i'm trying to get permission from the legislature to make that a postage paid envelope. if they give me that permission, that would be something we'd love to do. and that effectively makes every mailbox in the state a drop box. >> but what about the drop boxes, though? arizona, another battleground state, they allocate them based on the size of a county. mayor of copa county, they just added more drop boxes and strategically place them along bus routes. why can't ohio do them for instance? >> because the law doesn't allow it. i would love to see a program like that, and i woubld be actively supportive of such a legislation. but the
