berkeley unified says they do. they have expanded testing to teachers and staff, have created a six part training program, are requiring site visits and providing technical assistance online. a the me today county is allowing 7th to 12th graders back in the classroom using a phased in approach over a month and a half time frame. the county knows not every school has same resources so schools are not required to open but if they choose to do so they can submit a plan to the county and get that approved. the county knows reopening is challenging because of the mixing of people and managing of the moving parts. once the kids get back into the classroom, county health department will monitor the situation and deal with flare o accordingly. >>> as we look at the roadways, we've got a crash at 880 in the south bay, traffic is backed up as you head through, slow and go from 280, 680 connector. south is the a slow ride into morgan hill. it is in the clearing staging but we are seeing brake lights out of san martin. into sa
