it is because of the weather system to the north and the north bay. you're a bit closer to the weather system. we're starting off with the clouds and the temperatures in the 40s to the 50s. so not as cold as yesterday morning. taking you hour by hour on futurecast, here we are at noon, you can see the clouds across the region and the showers for the far north bay. the highs in the mid- to upper 50 and low 60s. let's look at that traffic delay in the north bay this morning. >>> they shut down the lanes once again because they're clearing the debris out of the ready way. this is kelly and around broadway street. that is where they got the closure in effect. expect delays in and around that area. chp repping american canyon as an alternate. and the green valley onramp also closed in that area. so this is due to a crash involving a big rig that flipped on its side. this is the bay bridge. this the first time in 2021 that they turned the meter lights on. we're starting to see a backup on the 880 overpass. i'll have more details on this in my next report. >

right over the city, the north bay and the closer you get to the delta, places like napa. and we will probably do it again tomorrow. the next few mornings we will probably see patchy fog. morning lows are fine, staying right around 40, 33 in santa rosa. and look at the pacific, the storms are still going. this is why we still have high surf warnings. there's a lot of energy in the pacific, and we have been benefiting from some of that with the storms coming our way. but watch what happens over the next several runs. one storm goes too far north, the next one goes too far north and we will miss out on these. tomorrow, early in the morning, look how close we will come. here's five in the morning, and then again close to nine, there are a few showers off the coast but they fall apart before getting here. so there is one missed opportunity, we will probably do that again on tuesday, another close call, another missed opportunity, close but no cigar. if we look at rainfall totals, it is possible we may notice a sprinkle on sunday morning in the north bay. then watch what happen
