between the city and ucsf. and for us to come together to make any necessary changes before finalizing the proposed memorandum of understanding. i do want to note that the m.o.u. was released to the public for the first time at the beginning of this month and we know there are a lot of viewpoints on this project and the proposed m.o.u. as clear from the public comment. but what is not contra vertible, the public should have more than a matter of few days to digest this and propose changes before the expansion plan is brought before the regents. so concerns have been raised about whether this would delay the project. i just want to make clear that this will not change the overall project timeline by urging the regents to move consideration of this piece to its next meeting given that a separate eir will be needed, the approval of the new parnassus hospital which will be in the side of this, and that's slated for the eir to go before the regents in the summer. so even the chancellor noted on the record yesterday,
