edwards was just describing. >> donna, on covid relief, the tussle that seems to be happening within the democratic party about who should get what stimulus checks. where do you think -- what do you think is going to happen there? >> well, i think president biden has already said there's some room for negotiation, but i hope that there's not a lot of room for negotiation because the american people need relief. and that relief some not be based on what happened in 2019 with their incomes. it should be based on 2020 and the impact that's had on the american people. and i think they stay close to the thresholds that have already been outlined because people are suffering. and i think the lesson that we can all take from 2009 and how we had to climb out of that recession is, i don't think we went big enough. and i think joe biden remembers that, and he knows that with this relief package, in order to get relief to the american people, in order to deliver on the economy that we have to go big, and we have to make certain that the american people get the money that they ask for and that t
