i'm starting to make plans for brooklyn burger. they said to me, "we've decided we're not going to transfer you the intellectual property. we've thought about it after, and we feel like we were under pressure. we're not giving it to you." i said, "okay, well, then, you at least need to give me my $200,000 back, and the interest associated with it."
