joining me now from philadelphia is nbc news correspondent, carol lee. she wants to make sure people know this administration is the one that is helping. how is he planning on selling it? who is he talking to? >> reporter: as we have seen, they are focussing on different aspects of this bill that the president signed last week. we saw the first lady, for instance, yesterday, focused on school reopenings and the funding in the legislation for that. today the president is going to go to a business in chester, pennsylvania, not far from where i am here in philadelphia, and highlight the benefits that are in this bill from the white house's perspective that will serve small businesses. there's some $50 billion funds that are targeted towards small businesses and it includes things like grants and an extension of the paycheck protection program in the legislation. so the president's message is going to be not only that help is here, and that's the way the white house is branding this campaign, but that more is coming and they are going to see this implementat

in philadelphia you heard about these two black men and the way the story read is that the starbucks manager asked them to leave and since they did not they were arrested. well, "the washington post" had a three page spread on it and what they failed to report was that the manager called the police. the police asked these two gentlemen to leave at least three times, but they refused, and they therefore were arrested for failure to obey the police officers, with the reporter left that part out. instead, characterized it as a racial incident.
