but this gets put in everything microsoft is doing. when you think about the price, it justifies things a lot more. alix: keep in mind that for microsoft that prices probably peanuts. they have so much cash on their books. you're right that the nuance deal is nuanced. get it? i do think the evolution of health care when it comes to ai is quite huge. a lot of people in private equities, that is what they are betting on. telemedicine and different ways of that kind of growth. this buys into that theme. guy: is really under development -- it is really underdeveloped when you think about other industries. there is really an opportunity. this is viewed as being embedded into just about everything microsoft does. it is interesting microsoft is flying below the radar from a regulatory point of view as well. other companies cannot do this deal. alix: you made that point. apple would've made some sense, but that was not going to fly. guy: absolutely not. a bunch of interesting things together in this deal which is why it is worth spending time
