i'm not sure everyone agrees with this, but -- >> nathan connally john hopkins university, i really enjoy this panel. and i have been grappling a lot in my own effort to achieve religious literacy, fluency, in the thinking about what to do with institutions and churches that are actually funding projects, or thinking a lot about the language of religion as being one that is as important as a romance language, a language of music. i wonder if one of the answers to the dilemma of religion as a language is that there needs to be some kind of methodological piece that is dropped in a major journal, kind of thrown down there on the way that gender is a category analysis get some, work folks ring in this day back in against -- this moment where you need that piece to really hold arms. historians who would benefit from having a religion in the toolkit of other fluency's that they have. so, that is a general question for the panel to kind of respond to. very specifically, just in the interest of time i will stick to one, i wanted to get a response to what is in the news cycle around the documents
