nbc bay area's sergio quintana has been on the scene for the last hour gathering information. sergio, tell us what you know. this is something a lot of people are fearful when they're eating outside now. >> reporter: yeah. this is an incident that happened about 9:00, just after 9:00 this evening. i want to show you here. witnesses say that the driver of that white truck back there was about to leave the parking lot here at agave sports bar and grill when suddenly it lurched in reverse into the outdoor dining area. we're told about six people happened to be eating at the moment. let's show you some people -- some video of the scene as emergency crews arrived. three people were injured. one of them has died at a local hospital. police tell us at least one woman is in custody, arrested on suspicion of dui. neighbors here have told me off camera this spot is a well-known restaurant, underground club sometimes, and after-hours venue. now, this is a scene that is still being processed. that white truck has not been moved since police arrived and since one person -- the truck is sti
