so that's what we have an excessive heat watch going to go into effect just for solano county in the bay area starting noon on thursday and it's going to continue through saturday night with temperatures. well in the 90's and triple digit heat starting wednesday peaking on thursday and continuing through saturday night. so let's take look at the breakdown of the temperatures. and what we're expecting for hottest inland valleys. this heat wave is really going to target you big bull's eye over the north bay valleys, east bay valleys, specifically solano county, triple digit heat upwards of 112 degrees expected along the bay, though, for the east bay shoreline. we are tracking temperatures mid 70's to mid 80's. so about 5 to 10 degrees above average there. but along the coast thanks to that cool sea breeze mother nature's air conditioning system. bring us mid 60's to mid 70's. so also around 5 to 10 degrees of above normal temperatures. but it's our inland valleys that could reach daytime highs. 15 to 25 degrees above average. and that's just going to worsen are already exceptional drou

solano finally out of the red tier now joining the orange. it was the last county in the bay area to make the move to the less restrictive tier. the county has seen a continued decline in case rates to below six per 100,000. >>> and in marin. we are moving the orange ti, r to the yellow which is good news for business for example like restaurants and especially bars that have been closed for the majority inside of the pandemic. m ar identification t the highest in the entire state. now the case rates have dropped significantly. averaging about three or four total new cases interchange. if are you wondering what the yellow means, let me refresh your memory. the gyms, restaurants, wineries, breweries, places of worship and movie theaters all able to open up inside 50% capacity. in some cases this is the interesting thing. it can open up at 75% if the patrons show proof of vaccination as well as -- orrin stead of a negative test. bars have been closed inside that don't serve food. this question open inside at 25%. museums can operate at full cap
