pam and pg e says that's actually common win. we get light. the first rain of the season after a dry spell at fire happened in albany early this morning and we have video of that pg and e has spent the day replacing this power pole and the cause of that fire is due to all the buildup and dirt debris and gunk that builds up on the electrical equipment after a dry spell and the rain turns that debris into mud and that causes a spark. so almost a 100 customers were in the dark because of that for about 12 hours. i spoke to the woman who was home and got woken up by police this morning. we've got a call from the police about 5 this morning that the power line outside of our house was on fire and we should shelter in place. >> and about 40 minutes after that, they cut the power and ousted so totally went out and then pg e came out. i think about 5.30 or 6 and it went on about 4 again today. >> and that woman said that, yes, 4 o'clock and her neighbors tell me that their power went back on around 5 o'clock in the albany area that el serino and north
