it is time now for our weekly discussion with chuck todd, nbc news political director and moderator of "meet the press." hi, chuck. good to see you this morning. thanks for joining us. i want to obviously talk about president biden's massive social spending plan which passed the house on friday. democrats celebrating, of course. but before i ask you what happens next, can you enumerate whathat you know is going to be in it no matter what. there's a child tax credit that's going to be an attempt to make it more permanent. it will will be paid for, for at least anywhere from two to five years, and they assume it gets renewed. there will be an attempt to start some form of universal pre-k. that's likely to make it in no matter which side of the bill. then there are things in there we won't necessarily know will will make the final bill. they added an extra tax break to state and local taxes. some democrats are a little uncomfortable that the second biggest cost in this bill is going to be the cost of that tax break to folks in blue states in particular who got hit hard by seeing that tax
