puc. i am here today to provide a brief presentation for the power enterprise. we're asking you to consider the approval of up to $127 million of the 2021 series ab power revenue bonds. here i'd to provide an overview of the bonds. this will provide financing for the capital program. the 2021 power bonds will be sold in an amount not to exceed 127 million and will be sold in two subseries. one in the a fund, that is low cost funding and two, the subseries b bonds which commercial paper will provide interim funding of the transmission projects. because the bonds fund generation projects that produce greenhouse gas, this series is designated at green bonds. this is a -- [indiscernible] to inaugural 2015 bond issuance and this transaction was included in the fiscal year 2021-22 capital plan presented to you on october 12. so with this slide -- [indiscernible] both the series a bonds and the series b bond will have maturity and bear a fixed interest rate. with the outstanding 2015 revenue bonds and both series will be issued on a -- basis. on the bonds ending guidan

today the state puc gave final approval for the san jose water company to implement the strict new rules requiring customers to cut their usage by 15% of their 2019 levels. and anybody who fails to hit that mark will face a steep surcharge the actual start date for the rules has yet to be announced. san francisco superior courts delta blowed today to the school board's attempt to permanently change lowell high school's admissions to a lottery based system last february the board voted to drop the school's merit-based policy and a minute the current freshman class by lottery today. a judge said the school district violated the brown act which requires the district to conduct open and public meetings for making decisions today on getting answers. we spoke with district for supervisor gordon marr who's also a low parent. criticized the board's mistake, but emphasize its important to revamp the emissions process while creating a more inclusive environment. lowell's special academic-based admissions criteria should be evaluated and modifications considered but this really needs to be part of
