let's start with our chief meteorologist, jeff ranieri. what are you seeing right now, jeff? >> we are looking at our top concern certainly over santa cruz mountains. that's where the threat is going to be the highest as we head through the next several hours. we have a flood warning in effect at least until 11:00 p.m. tonight. the rest of the bay area is under these flood watches and that's basically for fast-running streams and creeks. we could also see those clogged street drains that could produce some road flooding as well. number one concern, santa cruz mountains. if you don't have to travel across highway 17, please, please wait. okay, storm ranger mobile doppler radar has the rainfall, some heavier pockets. let's put a track on this and you can see we're getting heavy rainfall over tiburon, moving off through richmond through 6:05. the second zone is right over the castro valley and this is really hitting sam ramon hard with some rainfall and that would continue at least through the next five to ten minutes. and then as we move it off towards the peninsula, we've alre
