going forward, kenny, you hit the nails on the head. it's inflation, it's the fed, it's corporate earnings. in my opinion the fed continues to be trapped and to a large degree behind the curve. the fed will have their hands forced. they've already indicated interest rates will move higher next year, which at some point will be a negative for the markets. initially a lot of that will be priced in. if inflation continues to be a problem, the fed will have to get much more aggressive. that's going to be a big question mark for the markets going forward. >> jackie: steve, i want more of a macro view from you. we talk about inflation all the time. experts say we're going to go higher before we go lower. part of the inflation is not just coming from the stimulus that the fed pumped in but it's coming from this spending. the democrats are saying we're going forward with build back better in january no matter what. >> yeah, jackie, i'm not quite as bullish as my friends here. i think the inflation issue is going to get worse before it gets bett
