neil? >> neil: thanks, peter very much. there was an alarming much weaker than expected jobs report. only 210,000 jobs created in the latest month. there's wrinkles to this. good news is that the unemployment rate itself is down to 4.2%. the fact of the matter is here that a lot of people are not pouncing at jobs right now. that numbers had some thinking that maybe we're reversing ourselves here. kenny is here with us. it was an interesting report in that we were humming along, things looking great. then we hit a wall. what happened? >> yeah. it's very interesting. the whisper number was supposed to be more than what was expected, 550,000. what is interesting is they revised upward. this one came in walker. unemployment dropped to 4.2%. so it's a little a confusing message. you saw initially the market welcomed in it and reacted positively. and then suddenly turned south after st. louis fed president jimmy bullard chimed in talking about the need to not only taper but raise rates simultaneously versus being mutually exclusi

neil? neil: grady trimble thank you very much for that. now to what is going on in arkansas, hunter davis is there in truman, with more. how are things looking there now, hunter? reporter: hi, neil. we've been covering this for three days now. our first day was spent in monette, arkansas, where we had a confirmed death in that nursing home. our second day was a bleachville, arkansas, where we had the confirmed death in a dollar general. this is where it all started. this is where a ef-3 tornado originated in truman. we could see that number go up as they continue to assess the damage. that will take days though. it is clear why that will take a while here in truman, arkansas. we have been to three different areas in the city. it is really hard to get around. most of the roadways are blocked off due to the amount of the debris. this shot is giving you a good reflection what the rest of the city looks like. this is 20 miles from that nursing home that i mentioned and that dollar general. real

neil? neil: that's a good point. i am curious, whether the administration could be even thinking the unthinkable, of replacing her, as a runningmate should he choose to run again. in modern times we haven't seen it, but we certainly saw it a lot. it was quite common in early as well as late american history going up to fdr where he went through vice president like tissue paper so it's unfamiliar to a lot of folks but is is that in anyone's mind right now? reporter: it is in some people's minds maybe not here at the white house but from the outside but to my point about how they used to be rivals something we notice all the time is that biden staffers and harris staffers are not necessarily close, even though they are all part of the same administration, and so, there is a sense, according to some of these reports and some people speaking anonymously to reporters, that they think that kamala harris should be the error apparent and there are many other people in the administration who were through the bruising progress
