>> i couldn't be happier with the outcome, particularly the performances that nicolle kidman and javier bartm have giving. it, the me about 18 months between being asked to write a movie about the couple to saying yes. 18 months. it takes me a while to commit to a movie because it is a big commitment. most of the writing period is going to being any, misery, i am not going to be able to think of anything, i will be climbing the walls and pacing around my house. so it is a while before i can commit to it. and then it took a little longer than usual to get made because chicago seven happened -- i wrote this, then directed chicago seven, then directed this. and neither of those cases that -- and neither of those cases did i know i was going object the director. it took a little bit of time. the timing couldn't have worked out better. we did make the whole thing during covid so i guess the timing could have been better but thank to a great group of health care professionals everything went smoothly. we didn't have a positive test, didn't miss a day. >> you have done straight forward politic
