vianey is in with us right now. lot's talk about the numbers. >> as you know, marcus, it took us a long time to get into the extreme drought. it's going to take a lot to get out of it. san francisco hit a new high. look at that. over 15 inches of rain. santa rosa has seen 21-plus inches of rain so far. even through rain shadows, san jose, 6 inches so far. we're doing pretty good from october 1st since july 1st. even though it may not put a major dent in our drought, look at the reservoirs. three of the reservoirs here, look at this. 56% of historical average. so these rainfall totals are helping boost that. in addition to that, as you know, we got a lot of snow. >> we're certainly good. >> right, exactly. you know, let's take a look at this. we're still doing, you know, pretty good when it comes to the yellows up here in the north bay. we saw a bit of an improvement. we went from an extreme to some moderate conditions. but 79% of the state of california remains under an extreme drought. so we still have several more
