what is the chamber of commerce around job creation and technology? what are isp providers? we don't know. what is the state policy? i would recommend we see 29 states have an office of broadband in the governor's office, and others tend to make more rocket -- rapid progress on implantation. we see that pretty close in. we started the american connection core. these are young people who went to college who want to be back in their rural communities. they want access. they want to be there. not everybody wants to run to the city or the coast, they want to be in their community. so the opportunity is to have a fellowship for two years, they are in their community and they are doing something with the implementation connected to providers, connected to public and private companies. so that less job creation, that is how we are making sure we have implementation. we have 50 folks right now and we would like to scale that to o other communities. they want to be back in their communities, with their families, and this provides them that opportunity to do something meaningful. >> t
