fremont on up towards the east bay. this line of showers now right along highway one at san mateo county through san francisco, also making its way mostly to the north and east. this is where we've seen the concentration of heaviest both the cloud to ground lightning as well as even hail around concord. we've had a cloud to ground lightning around walnut creek stretching up to bay point on up into solano county to reports of people hearing it out in antioch as well. and a little bit further northward. that's where most of our rainfall is being concentrated north of santa rosa. we've had a heavier rain in healdsburg and windsor and rainfall continues to move to the north and east. the thing about today's showers, they're really skirting just to the north and west of most of the bay area. all this rainfall is going to be pushing this direction rather than making its way into the bay. so a lot of the inland east bay, as well as the south bay going to be dodging the bulk of this activity will areas closer to the coastline a

showers are all moving to the north and east. so while some areas are seeing a whole lot of activity, some of us are definitely seeing quite the active morning. and as i mentioned, quite the variety of conditions this morning from the rainy near the coastline and in the north bay to those stormy and heavy bursts of rainfall and hail right there in the east bay surrounded by areas that are actually remaining pretty dry. now, the national weather service has issued a special weather statement for the same area right along that first boundary where we are seeing storms popping up from mount view on up through fremont hayward, castro valley into the tri valley, eventually out towards antioch in these areas, you can expect the possibility of pea sized hail. some cloud to ground lightning and winds gusting around 30 miles per hour. we also have wind advisories right along the coastline this morning. temperatures are in a range of 40's to 50's alameda and hayward each at fifty-two degrees. oakland at 53 conquered the late show in fairfi
