brian: aren't you excited it's saturday night? i'm brian kilmeade and this is "one nation." herschel walker, a lot of pressure on his shoulders. the mid-term elections are important. the first opportunity for the american people to look at their chief executive and let them know what they think of his policies win or lose. they give a clear picture what voters want. a formula for reelection and a chance to change before it's too late. that's why i find it noteworthy and scary that the president of the united states who narrowly avoided a red wave but not a shift in power has no plans for change. >> what would you do differently to change people's opinion of the direction of the country? >> nothing. because they are just finding out what we are doing. the more they find out about what we are doing, the more support there is. brian: biden has no plans to bring down inflation or rein in violent crime or fix this country's borders. only 25% of the country thinks we are heading in the right direction. this hasn't always been the way. when the mid-term elections didn't goat way of

brian: oftentimes they flat-out denied. >> we have a secure border. brian: yeah, right. violence in chicago raged out of control. trump took action tweeting this. i will bring up the military for this national emergency, smell be stopped. not everybody was happy with this. the benefit could be debated. but the intent was not. he was trying to fix things. past presidents tried to fix things. unlike democrats right now in blue states who don't see anything that needs to be fixed. >> the data shows that shootings and murders are down in our state by 15% in new york city. safer cities are democratic states. brian: the sharp rise in total crime across the city, robbery, rapes, grand theft auto, does that sound safe to you. let's look at oil and gas prices. most americans are struggling to fill their tank and importanty they won't be able to get heat for their homes this winter. >> oil companies record profits today are not because they are doing something new or innovative. their profits are a windfall of war. brian: is that solving a problem? is that a plan? i thought we cou

across the state. >> brian: one thing i understand was unutilized governor brian kemp. obviously extremely popular and successful. he said he was never really asked by the herschel team to help out. should he now? can he be valuable? >> well, i mean, i think governor kemp typically runs his own race. most of us here in georgia we want to run our own race. now, between now and the runoff, i'm not real sure who is going to jump in to help herschel. what i do know is that we have momentum. it's very difficult to take down an incumbent senator as raphael warnock is or, yeah, is. he did not get above 2 million votes. that was a threshold across the state where our top statewide candidates were able to exceed. so it shows that there's not a lot of excitement for warnock, which opens the door for a herschel walker victory. as long as the republicans come out to this runoff election december 6th. >> brian: we didn't two years ago. >> right. because they didn't two years ago. >> brian: one thing is for sure -- go ahead. we will have to end it there. but you have a bright future
