the east bay, a touch antioch, and 45 east bay shoreline, mid 40's, but still a couple cold pocket still hanging in the 30's at this hour. 44 meanwhile for san jose, half moon bay is also graduating up to 44, what we're going to see happening late tonight is the re arrival of some offshore winds of advances all the way to about 06:00am. so you see some offshore winds involved when they start, what kind of determine if we'll have a frost advisory repeat, we do look at the cold temperatures in the morning hours all throughout this week. ahead, going forward with us. those offshore winds remain. no far weather talk with any of this. and not just because the cold air, but we've had some insulation from some recent rains. now, unfortunately, it looks like only a little weak opportunity for maybe a shower as we get into late this weekend and early into next week. here it is to go show you what we're looking at. again, very quiet this week and a lot to do with some scattered clouds maybe towards the end of the weekend might scratch a little shower or so. but we head into the holiday weekend. it

we have a lot of 60's in the east bay east bay shoreline in the 50's with 60's. meanwhile, up to the north rest the day today we're hovering in the mid 60's up in the north bay. quite active. spilling a little bit into the east bay, too weak. it's torrow afternoon. we start shake those winds off and somewhat calm as we get into saturday night into sunday switch, a puppy get some better cooling happening in there during the overnight hours. here's a look at that humidity. you can see it kind the layer kind of mixes away nicely overnight. this is how we start things off. kind of banking off of a dry atmosphere, even drier off to the east bay. and then we get into sunday momomoing. here's a little recovery. this means the winds haven't been active. so the natural marine layer does start to come back. highs today will go with the mid 60's. we're almost there maybe some upper 60's popping some maybe 70 degree. mark up here santa rosa and potentially and your extended forecast comes in like this will stay in the 60's into the early part of the week. we have some scatte

here's the east bay shoreline. all lit up very nicely here, allowing some last-minute radiational cooling going on, which we had plenty of overnight. chilly start everywhere. but up in the north bay, here we have in these valleys frost advisory until 9 this morning. a look at those temperatures were right at the freezing mark up to santa rosa. 32, 33 for napa. the lakewood. 43 got a lot of 30's even off to the east bay to get around tri valley mid to upper 30's at that. 42. meanwhile, 4 san just dropped. 28 there now for nevado. so subfreezing comparison to 24 hours ago, more than half a dozen degrees or better in some cases that we have. and it's not even the lowest point yet. it will be a course at sunrise. we turn the corner winds. they're pretty much calm there. another factor that allows temperatures to fall somewhat variable here, as you can see, single digits to calm storm tracker 4, it's a kind of a blocking maneuver for much of the week. so even though the mornings will be a little bit on the chilly to col

meanwhile for san jose still lower 40's in the east bay shoreline. changing now that we have the sun joining us. all right. future cast winds. we've for this all the way to 02:00am. here's what happens overnight to tomorrow morning. it will pop here that happens in these offshore winds. very critical of the timing when the winds get here because they get here too late after the sun joins us. well, we'll still be able to achieve the cold temperatures at night. so kind of wait and see on that stormtracker. not much happening from the pacific here. we have a little opportunity of things opening up before they kind of shut down yet again. it looks like it will be dry going into the holiday next week. breaking it down for you. get a frost advisory for the north bay valleys, temps of 35 or less. this week, sunny and dry, modest warming mid 60's inland still may push some of those inland valleys, a little higher towards the middle, perhaps the latter portion of the week until things kind of break down just a touch into the weekend. so we'll put scattered cl

here's a live shot we have of the east bay shoreline, ice and lit up. here was a cold start, though, to be inland going on here, just about all dipping into the 30's. we didn't see that so much yesterday. compliments of the wind stirring the atmosphere so you can get that overnight cooling. here's the progress thus far. 39 santa rosa, but most locations or at least in the 40's of not punching into the 50's. so as i mentioned earlier with dry air gives it and it takes it away and gives it back again. you tend to have warming pretty quickly with dry air than you do when it's more moist, 50 going on for antioch, but most locations inland in the 40's with some more 50's lining up the east bay shoreline. you heard earlier about the snow's going on around buffalo or whatever they call the snow belt for this reason. now, this time of year in november, you have liquid great lakes. so therefore water tends to be more volatile when it's a liquid contrast with us all of that sublimation and has to evaporate, right? it's like dry ice. it has to go right to a vapor.

here's a live shot of the east bay shoreline. and we see some of those blue skies already delivering at this hour. now we have to go pretty high in the up in the atmosphere to get that dry line going on. their board starts to break out a little inversion deal. those tend to be a little bit lower in the atmosphere, but this was higher. so but more of a reach to try to get this mixing out process to get the the moisture kind of a mix out. we might be left with that some tonight, even though we'll see sunny skies. 39 still up to santa rosa. everybody else hanging in the 40's for the most part of the couple 50's hanging out too, like hayward, for example, by contrast, we're actually a little head where we were this time from yesterday. that little late system passing overnight did take a bit the edge touch because it doesn't allow temperatures to drop as much. but this is what we're talking about for tonight, late afternoon or so. some of that cloud coverage will start to see rolling back in again coming in from the northwest. by the

so thanks to that cool sea breeze influence extending into the east bay shoreline. oakland is currently at 54 degrees. the mall, the city out there right now in the bay area with overnight lows tonight, we are going to be a few degrees cooler than last night. so widespread 30's, especially for coolest, inland valleys in the north bay and east bay, santa rosa, the coolest at 34 degrees. but about 10 degrees milder for downtown san francisco, oakland and even antioch, cooling down to 44 degrees. so pretty chilly temperatures, but no frost advisories tonight. high temperatures tomorrow we are going to hold steady upper 50's to low 60's for most of our inland valleys. but those of you in santa rosa and avato, you're going to warm up just a touch. thanks to that extra sunshine. 64 degrees for santa rosa with nevado in the mid 60's. so still a few degrees below average for november standards. but i don't mind it. i mean, we got really spoiled this week in the weather department with the rain showers and now drying out. i love how the air is cool and crisp and clean and st
