in the north bay and also the tri-valley and into the delta. so what we're seeing this morning is that central valley tule fog. what happens after a big rainfall and then we get high pressure, high humidity and cool temperatures and the wind calms down, all of that moisture on the ground and we see it coming into the south county. other times it drifts through the valley. moving into the delta and will be pushing through the north bay with low visibility. low 40s and low 50s. we should see sunshine and temperatures reaching into the upper 50s. tonight cold once again and we see this pattern continuing even with a couple of storm systems moving in. to the north of us by next week better rain chances moving through especially by next tuesday and wednesday but we'll be watching that. how much rain this week a tenth to a quarter inch of rain and that's happening between late wednesday into thursday moving out on friday and christmas day at this point is looking nice, sunny. temperatures in the upper 60s, a significant warm-up is coming our way in t
