cnn's senior white house correspondent is joining us right now from the white house. m.j., what is he saying? >> reporter: wolf, we have just gotten the first reaction from joe biden to the supreme court saying that title 42 will remain in place for now. he briefly spoke with reporters as he was leaving the white house to go on vacation. let me just play the brief remark he just gave. >> what is your reaction to title 42?
