for those of you who are familiar with gateway it is the replacement of the hudson tunnels for amtrak and regional rail. that will be done as design build with significant help from the undersecretary staff at the build america bureau. not necessarily a huge project, it would be great if it was a p3 but you're asking the state of new jersey, the state of new york, amtrak and the federal government to commit long-term on the payment. pay-as-you-go or take two hamburgers today and be willing to pay for them next week. i'm not a big fan of the latter. it does become a taxpayer burden. we have to be always mindful that -- of that. p3's have their place on facilities with two operators where they are getting the revenue stream and they have the ability to segregate revenues differently. when we are getting them through gas tax and the federal government, especially because this is the first time we've had in influx of funding from the federal government, p threes would be something that i personally would look at carefully before i ever make a recommendation to the governor but that was a

and for those of you who are familiar with gateway, it's the replacement of the hudson tunnels for amtrak and regional rail. that will be done at design build with help from the undersecretary staff at the build america bureau. again, not necessarily a huge project would be great if it could be a p-3, but you're asking the state of new jersey, state of new york, amtrak and the federal government to commit long-term on that payment and so, two schools of thought is, you know, pay as you go. or, you know, kind of take two hamburgers today and be willing to pay for them next week. and i'm not a big fan of the latter because it does become a taxpayer burden and so, we have to be always mindful of that and so i think that p-3's have their place on toll facilities with toll operators where they're getting that revenue stream and they have the ability to segregate revenues a little differently, but when we're getting them the way that they're coming in through gas tax and through the federal government and especially because this is the really the first time that we've had such an influx of fund

amtrak officials say the car appeared to be abandoned on the tracks. no one was on board the train that was but no one on board. the train was hurt. trains were delayed by about 2 hours. crews cleared the scene. also new this afternoon, we have just learned more about that 6 officer from the memphis police department who was relieved of duty for his role in tyree nichols death. officer pressed in hemphill was the officer who deployed a taser during the confrontation in his body camera video which was released on was seen chasing nichols down the road. but then he turns back to the scene of the initial traffic stop. hemphill was relieved of his duty. but it's not officially been fired or charged. nichols family's torneys are now questio why his identity and the role that he played that night are now just being made public. the san francisco chapter of the naacp and community leaders came together to discuss the death. the tyree nichols over the weekend kron four's amanda hari has reaction from community leaders including the city's police chief. >h ever
