learning more about disturbing video showing a toddler waving a loaded gun outside an apartment near indianapolis. at one point, the boy appeared to pull the trigger, but the gun didn't fire . now the child's father is facing charges as he heads to court tomorrow. thank court documents now reveal. the father of this four year old says he was sick and was sleeping while his son was playing with a loaded gun in the hall of their beech grove, indiana apartment complex cameras for the real show on patrol live, captured police responding to a call about a toddler roaming the halls with a gun. glad looked like a large 45 1 neighbor told abc news over the phone that the boy pointed the gun directly at her at the top of the stairs, and he kind of leaned down and, um, that's when he pointed the gun at me and said, look what i got. and kind of laughed. ha ha ! officers were seen entering the home of the boy's father, shane osborn, who says he does not own a gun. the officers did not find a weapon, but as they were about to leave, another neighbor showed them the disturbing video captured on her doorbell ca
