cherri gregg from our sister station kyw news radio is live along ben franklin parkway with more, cherri, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, rahel. i'm moving to the finish line where we are expecting the run tours get here in an hour or 15 or 20 minutes or so. they have started running at 7:00 o'clock about an hour ago and now here at the finish line it is extremely busy. we have a lot of volunteers sort of pick up those clothes that the runners shed as they cross that start line, all of the clothes are picked up, bagged up, washed, and given to charity. they are also setting up the swag zone where runners can pick up their medals once they get here and solar blankets that are being added in this area so that people can get warm once they get to the finish line. now the biggest challenge is taking a look at the footage we have from the race start, the biggest challenge that these 30,000 runners who are participating today will have, of course, it is this wind. they will likely be running in packs, so they are able to block the wind, and then rotating who is on the outside taking t
