timothy johnson. >>> people across oklahoma are now struggling to clean up from their second blizzard since last week. some towns got more than 2 feet of fresh snow. a snowplow literally overturned in tulsa where officially it's their snowiest winter ever. ranchers on top of that had to scramble to protect their cattle from subzero windchills. the storm also took aim in the deep south, dumping heavy snow in tennessee. some drivers in memphis took several hours to get across the city as traffic slowed to a crawl. police, of course, were flooded with hundreds of calls about car accidents. mostly those infamous fender-benders. >> my father-in-law in amarillo told me it's bad there. they don't know how to drive there. sorry, but they don't. >>> here is a look at your thursday forecast. light snow around atlanta, charlotte and raleigh. 5 to 6 inches in the outer banks of north carolina. up to half a foot of lake-effect snow from michigan to buffalo. snow showers across much of north dakota. >>> single digits from fargo to the twin cities. 14 # in chicago. upper 20s in boston and new york.
