All The Files should be installed in the c:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes Directory.

I tried not to add too many audio files. I don't know about you but they always get 
on my nerves after about five minutes.
In order to minimize the clutter on your(and My) harddrive, I have pointed to the 
cursors from the Microsoft Travel Theme. If you don't Have Plus! or have deleted 
that theme, You won't Have The Gold Cursors. 

Most of the graphics for this theme come from the Navy public affairs library. 

I created the animated cursors and the My Computer Icon with images from the 
Public Affairs library.

there is a seawolf pic for use as a background for all you submariners.

Troubleshooting:

1. the links in the .theme file assume that all files were extracted to the
   theme directory. move all files there.
2. All the files except the readme.txt have long filenames. Extract using a
   program that supports LFN's like winzip. you can find it @ http:\\www.winzip.com
