This is the new Penn State University theme for Microsoft Windows 95 under the use of PLUS!  
This was created by Nathan Kimmerle and LaMar Thompson.  Any questions, comments, and 
suggestions should be made directly to us.  

Installation:
1.  Unzip all files in PSU.zip to the   program files\plus!\themes  directory.  
2.  Go to control panel-desktop themes-and change theme to PSU Theme, and you are under way.
3.  Enjoy
