Arabic is spoken by over 400 million people, if you aren't one of them then feel free to watch something else, it's not like there's a shortage of English content available here. Obviously some visitors are interested because of the high download counts.
Maybe some of content expresses opinions you or I wouldn't agree with but this is a library and libraries are supposed to be about freedom of speech and not censorship. See e.g. the official position statement of the American Library Association:

400,000,000 people in the U.S. do NOT speak this "language." Perhaps in the European 3rd world the language is common. Not here. I suggest that if there are so many people interested in this gobble-de-gook, that they establish their own website, and stop corrupting THIS one!

" Here" refers to the physical location of the server, including the country of origin. The languages of the country of origin, in my opinion, are the only languages acceptable and valid. All others are unwanted incursions.
