Hello!
I'm looking for some information about fair use of the following 1947 recording of "Firebird Suite" from Stravinsky (https://archive.org/details/StravinskyFirebirdSuite)

I would like to insert an excerpt of it (as a homage to the composer) into an indie short film I am creating (which will always stay no-profit and will never be released commercially).
The recording is marked as CC0 1.0 Universal, but since less than 70 years have passed since Stravinsky's death (the notorious general rule about classical music rights) I would like to ask to the uploader if he can confirm in any way the validity of the CC0 license here declared for this particular use.

I am relatively new to the Internet Archive, I don't know if there's a way to directly contact the uploader Bob Varney (if so, sorry for being unable to find it)

Thanks for the attention!
