This is one in a series of vases I've been designing. They are designed to be printed in Vase or Spiralize mode. I've printed it in various layer heights from .1 mm to .2 mm. The smaller the layer height, the smoother the finish. I've used Cura and Simplify3d for splicing. Both seem to work well. A fun thing to do is to change the proportions in Cura/Simplify3d. You can get different looks by doing this. I've tried all sorts of different filaments with good success. Really if a filament works...

Simple divider for the AAA battery storage box by cognetic: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2876022 3 models included depending on how much friction is required with the battery box. 'Tight' is the same dimensions as the original. 'Normal' has 0.1mm and 'Loose' has 0.2mm larger air gaps. I'll make a similar divider for the AA and 18650 box.

Summary I use 40% infill for bracket and 20% for all other parts. no supports needed use concentric top and bottom patter for all parts, except bracket. if you mount spool holder at the top of the frame, you should use pack of balls 4...6mm - spool holder base and spool holder cone is the bearing, so just add some balls (that's why you should use concentric pattern). UPDATE: Added new V2 version, which puts the PTFE holes further away from the buffer to make it easier for fingers to get in there. I implemented pmeyer's "Prusa Research MMU2 improved roller" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3113520/ ...which gives much lower rolling resistance to spools compared to the stock Prusa spool trays. However, the PTFE fitting was too low and the filament would rub the roller, so I remixed s_kohl's "MMU2 Festo Holder 1-piece M6 & M10" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3097104 (just the M10) ...to raise the holes by 22mm, putting the filament at the correct height.

Simple caster and tire. Print the wheel, then print the caster. Will need 3/8 inch metal rod, push on caps from hardware store for axle and caster at the top. The idea is, take a 3 inch piece of metal rod, glue it in the top, then drill a hole in the object you want to put the wheel/caster on, put 3 inch metal rod in newly drilled hole, then use push caps to hold the caster to the new object.
